All returns are subject to inspection.
Returned items will be inspected within 7 business days.
In some cases, the manufacturer will need to inspect the item. This may require additional time.
We will not accept any product that appears to have been used.
Any part that, in our opinion, was used, installed, handled, packaged, or shipped improperly by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund, or warranty.
Please return items (especially wheels) in their original packaging to prevent damage during shipping. All items returned to Patterson Elite must be shipped freight prepaid, properly protected and intact.
Custom ordered parts may not be returned.
Hazardous materials may not be returned.
Videos, software, and copyrighted material may not be returned for a refund once they are opened.
Patterson Elite Performance is not required to accept any returns, but may accept returns from time to time in its sole discretion.
